So, yeah, if I want a " ... PLUS 2 in." slump ... (say 4 in. PLUS 2) ...

Then, options ...

1. Use Table 7.8 with slump = 4 + 2 = 6 in.

2. Use Table 7.8 with slum = 4 in., and then add 10 lb per cu.yd. per in. x 2 in. = (add) 20 lb per cu.yd.

Or, do both and compare.

In either case you will have more water ... and then you will also have more cement (to maintain the w/c ratio).

Probably will give roughly similar answers???
